Walden is a new high-end brand for the Habitat Groups low rise residential developments in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. Walden Asoke on Sukhumvit Soi 23 was launched earlier this year and Walden Sukhumvit 39 is the latest in a planned series of developments characterized by unique luxury features and convenient locations. Walden Sukhumvit 39 will be completed in mid 2021.

Walden Sukhumvit 39 comprises 116 FREEHOLD condominium units in a single low rise building of eight floors. There are 57 car parking spaces available for residents on a first-come first-served basis.
